Soup to nuts renovation of their four-story chapter house was job #1, which was completed in time for their centennial celebration in 2017. 372 brothers or 31% of alumni participated in the “Phi Now” campaign, raising $1,528,589. Other project highlights included:

• Raising over $180,000 in 48 hours through donations, pledges, rifle-raffle and auction proceeds
• Budgeted for a $450,000 mortgage, Phi had only one small loan of $130,000 thanks in large part to undergraduate and alumni sweat equity reducing overall costs; Phi is on target to retire all debt in 2019 as pledges are collected
• 99 memorial gifts were contributed recognizing 22 brothers
